APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are scheduled daily.  We are usually booked 6-8 days out, but sometimes have a cancellation that opens up our availability.  It is recommended you try to plan a week out for services.  Appointments may be made by calling the Spa at 850-525-5334, or book online via this website.

ARRIVAL /  CHECKING IN  

Recommend arrival 5-10 minutes before your appointment. New clients should please arrive 15 minutes early to complete required forms.  

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 24-hour advance notice for appointment cancellations or charges in full may occur.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Spa services are appropriate for guest 18 years and older.  Guest under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Our staff is not equipped to provide sitting services.

SPA ATTIRE

A Spa robe will be provided if the client desires one.  Undergarments are not necessary during certain services, but the client can certainly wear undergarments during their treatment for their comfort. All of our staff are professionally trained, with licenses displayed in their room to ensure highest quality of service and integrity.

GRATUITIES

Standard recommended gratuity for any spa service is 20%; however, multiple services for an individual or Spa packages will also be charged a required 20% gratuity.
